Privacy policy
This document explains what personal data we process about you, why, and for how long. We keep it in plain language, without needless legal boilerplate. We do not sell your data and we do not collect it just in case.
Who we are (data controller)
The controller of your personal data is Audaron Solutions s.r.o., registered office at Nádražní 601/159, Přívoz, 702 00 Ostrava, Company ID 29734673, VAT ID CZ29734673. Registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 104497.
You can reach us through the contact form on this website or in writing at our registered office. We do not have a public email address yet, so we do not list one here.
Enquiries from the contact form
When you write to us through the form, we process the following data:
- name
- email address
- message text
The purpose is handling your enquiry and the follow-up communication. The legal basis is taking steps toward a contract at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general questions that do not aim at a contract, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to you under point (f).
We store messages on our own infrastructure in the European Union. We keep them for 2 years from the last communication if no cooperation arises. If cooperation does arise, the communication becomes part of the contract documentation and we keep it for the duration of the contract and the relevant limitation periods.
Booking a meeting
If you book a meeting with us, we process your name, email address and the time slot you choose. We run the booking system on our own infrastructure in the European Union, we do not redirect you anywhere else.
The legal basis is again taking steps toward a contract at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The retention period is the same as for form enquiries.
Server logs
On every request to the website our server records technical data:
- IP address
- time of the request
- the requested page address (URL)
- browser identification (user agent)
The purpose is securing the website, preventing attacks and form abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (see recital 49). We delete logs automatically after 30 days.
Presenting the founders
On the website we show the names, photographs and professional background of the company founders. We do so with their consent under the Civil Code and on the basis of our legitimate interest in presenting our own company and the people behind it.
Recipients and data transfers
For processing we rely on vetted providers who, acting as processors, run the technical backend for us:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) - operation of the server infrastructure.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) - network infrastructure and website protection.
- Resend, Inc. (USA) - sending notification emails; we minimise the content of the notification.
For the US processors we transfer data under the European Commission's adequacy decision (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), with standard contractual clauses as a fallback. Apart from these processors we do not share your data with anyone and we do not sell it. We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the following rights:
- the right of access
- the right to rectification
- the right to erasure
- the right to restriction of processing
- the right to object
- the right to data portability
You can exercise any of these rights through the contact form or in writing at our registered office. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
In closing
We last revised this policy on 16 July 2026. If we change it, we will publish the new version on this page.
