Audaron is led by founders who are personally involved in every project. They bring experience from regulated and critical environments to everything they build.
CEO · CTO
Martin Skořupa
Fullstack and cloud engineering. He leads the technical side of Audaron: architecture, development, CI/CD and operations on our own infrastructure. His background spans healthcare and e-government platforms, from the cloud of the largest private healthcare provider in the Czech Republic to observability of key state systems. When things get rough, he takes over crisis management and deep technical interventions.

Matěj Matoušek
Business Development, Client Relations & Business Analysis. He leads the business side of Audaron. From the initial inquiry through to final delivery, he serves as the client’s primary point of contact and acts as a bridge between development and business, ensuring both sides clearly understand what is being built and why. He gained technical experience at SÚRAO and DIA. He has worked in sales and human resources at CZC.cz and ELEM6.
